How do I register?
It’s quick: go to the top right corner, click on “Login / Register,” enter your email on the right side, and then fill in the required details.How do I log in?

Go to the login page and click on “Forgot your password?”. You will then receive an email to create a new one.
How do I place my order?
1 - Choose the item and the size you want;
2 - Click on “Add to cart”;
3 - If you already have all the items you want, click on “View cart”;
4 - Select the type of delivery you prefer and click “Continue”;
5 - Make sure all the required delivery details are filled in and correct;
6 - Then select the payment method;
7 - Accept the “Terms and Conditions” and click the “PAY SAFELY” button.
After completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

How much time do I have to pay for my order?
Your order must be paid at the time of purchase, except when using the Multibanco method, in which case you have 48 hours to complete the payment.What payment methods are available?

Can I pick up my order in store?
Yes! You can pick up your order at one of our physical stores. You just need to select that delivery method when placing your order. Once it arrives at the store, you will receive an email with a code that you must show to our staff member.How can I track my order?
If your order is being delivered to an address or a CTT pickup point, you will receive an email with the tracking information so you can follow it.How do I change or cancel my order?
If you have already completed your order but wish to make any changes or cancel it, please send us an email as soon as possible to apoioaocliente@sportino.pt. Once your order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to make changes or cancel it.I received an incorrect or defective item. What should I do?
We always try our best to ensure you receive everything in good condition, but if you receive any incorrect or defective item, please contact us immediately! We will help you and resolve the situation.How can I check the status of my order?

At the moment, we only ship orders via CTT Expresso.
How can I return my order?
Access your customer area, select the order you wish to return, and follow the steps until the process is completed.

The original product packaging should not be used as the sole shipping container, in order to avoid damage and allow for future resale of the product.Do I have to pay to return my order?
Return costs are your responsibility. To avoid these costs, you can return the order to one of our physical stores.What is the return period for my order?
You have one month from the delivery date to return your order. In your customer area, the "RETURN" button is only visible during the return period.Can I return my order at a physical store?
Yes! You can also return your order at one of our physical stores.Can I exchange items?
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. However, you can return your item, and if you wish, place a new order for the item you wanted to get through the exchange!How long does it take to process my refund?
The deadline to receive your refund is up to 15 days, depending on the payment method.Can I keep a voucher?
Yes! When you return your order, you can request to receive the amount as a voucher, which you can then use only in our online store.
Can I get an invoice without the price?
Sure! After you receive the confirmation of your order, go to your customer area, select the order you want, and you will find a button next to the item to download a gift receipt.Can I download my invoice?
Log in to your customer area, go to your orders, and when you open the one you want, you will find a button labeled “DOWNLOAD INVOICE.”
How can I receive a notification when an out-of-stock item becomes available?
On the product page, if your size is out of stock, click on it and a button labeled “Notify me by email” will appear. As soon as we restock, you will receive an automatic notification.Is the stock shown on the website always accurate?
We do our best to keep everything updated in real time, but due to technical or circumstantial reasons, there may be some discrepancies.How can I contact customer support?
