These ‘General Conditions of Use’ determine the rules of use of the sportino.pt website, and establish the contractual relations between all users of the www.sportino.pt website and the company Sportino, Unip. Lda, the company that owns http://www.sportino.pt.
Sportino Unip. Lda. is a company located at Estrada da Foz - Nacional 360 nº 24-A, 2500-098 Caldas da Rainha, tax payer 501267700 and registered with the Bombarral Commercial Registry.
The ‘General Conditions of Use’ presented here are the only ones applicable, unless there is a prior agreement, expressed in writing by the company Sportino, Unip. Lda.
Sportino, Unip. Lda. may, from time to time, amend the provisions of its General Conditions of Use.
By connecting to www.sportino.pt, the customer undertakes to respect the ‘General Conditions of Sale’.
It is considered that when an order is validated, the customer is automatically accepting our ‘General Conditions of Use’.My account
The user of the Sportino.pt site is responsible for the access elements to their account (username and password) in order to guarantee the confidentiality of their data. Through your customer area, you can check or change your personal details, change your password, edit your address book, check orders placed, check the status of your returns, check stock alerts, discounts and vouchers available, change notifications sent, change cookies, delete your account or log out.
In situations of improper use of the site and regardless of the applicable legal procedure, Sportino.pt reserves the right to, in particular, cancel the user's registration, remove orders, as well as any other type of content.
Sportino.pt guarantees the confidentiality of all data provided by its customers. Data is collected and processed securely, preventing its loss or manipulation.
Sportino.pt does not disclose or sell its customers' data to third parties, so all information is confidential. Access to the information is restricted, and it is only used for communication with the Customer, processing their orders, namely: payments, dispatch and after-sales assistance.

All orders placed at www.sportino.pt will be placed via the internet, through the website: www.sportino.pt 24/24 and 7/7. The customer will receive confirmation of the order placed and confirmation of availability by e-mail.Product Features

On the other hand, with regard to the specifications and descriptions of the products of our partners or suppliers, Sportino.pt declines all responsibility for the validity of their content.As the data posted here is based on information provided to Sportino.pt by its suppliers, we make every effort to ensure that the information presented is free of typographical errors. However, whenever errors occur, we will correct them as soon as possible. If the information provided does not correspond to the characteristics of the product, the customer will be informed and will have the right to withdraw from the purchase.
Prices
The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros, including taxes and duties. Delivery fees are borne by the customer and are charged at the end of the order, depending on the products selected, the final value and the place of delivery.
Sportino.pt reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order. Sportino.pt reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented on: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.Availability
Sportino.pt respects order deadlines as long as stock is available. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available in stock, Sportino.pt will inform the customer by e-mail within 48 hours of the date of the order, and the amount of the order will be refunded.
It is Sportino.pt's policy to only present products for sale that are in stock in its warehouses. For technical or circumstantial reasons, there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented for sale on www.sportino.pt and the quantities in stock.Delivery Method
Products bought at www.sportino.pt are delivered to Portugal and Spain.
Sportino.pt delivers orders via CTT Expresso. Products will only be delivered on working days.
By way of indication, without this being binding on Sportino.pt, and unless the products are unavailable or there are other possible causes of force majeure, the goods will be delivered according to the following deadlines:
- Delivery time is 1 to 5 working days for mainland Portugal, 2 working days for mainland Spain and up to 16 working days for the islands (Madeira and the Azores).
Delivery times are indicative and are therefore considered valid when there are no physical or structural impediments (e.g. incorrect addresses or force majeure). The price of the products purchased can be added to the amount payable for transport. The amount will be calculated automatically by the system.
If the parcel is not received within the time limits indicated, an enquiry will be made with the carriers mentioned above, which may take a few days. The Customer must contact Sportino.pt Customer Service and during this period no refund can be made, as the loss of the parcel will have to be verified and confirmed.
In the event that the product is not what was ordered or has visible defects, the customer must send an e-mail within 24 hours indicating the problem to Customer Service at: apoioaocliente@sportino.pt. In the case of deliveries by CTT Expresso in which the package has not been checked, the customer will have 24 hours to report the problem to Customer Service by calling 262 835 124 (National landline call) / 963 993 113 (National mobile call).
Any problems must be reported at the time of delivery. Once the parcel has been delivered by CTT Expresso, Sportino.pt is not responsible for any problems arising from transport.
Please note that Sportino.pt will be obliged to refuse any request for a refund or replacement (right of withdrawal) for products with external defects that have been accepted by our customers at the time of delivery. The right of withdrawal remains valid for defects detected by the customer after delivery and in accordance with the terms laid down by law.
In order to avoid any delays, and to enable data to be verified if necessary, the customer must inform us at the time of purchase:
- A valid e-mail address;
- A telephone number so that we can contact you at any time of the day.
Sportino.pt apologises for the inconvenience caused, but these measures must be taken to protect customers from possible fraud.Right of withdrawal, satisfaction or refund
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must return all the material received with registration within 14 days of receiving the order. This material must be new and complete, as it was when the order was received, and the products must be returned to us in their original condition.
The Customer must access their customer area and request the return of the order, or go to one of Sportino's physical shops.
This right of return can only be accepted for products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, manuals) and in good condition.
Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted.
In the event of the item being returned for which Sportino.pt has no responsibility, Sportino will not refund the value of the postage paid by the Customer when placing the order, and the Customer will also be responsible for the return postage of the item to be sent to Sportino.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Sportino.pt will endeavour to reimburse the customer promptly, although this timeframe will depend on the evaluations that will be made of the material, with a maximum duration of 15 days (counting from its arrival at Sportino.pt). The customer will be reimbursed by the same means by which they made the payment or they can keep a voucher to use for a future purchase.
Sportino.pt does not accept returns in situations where the methods and times laid down by the competent legislation for communicating the exercise of withdrawal have not been respected; or if the product is not packaged in its original packaging or is not accompanied by all the original contents.Payment methods:
The payment methods available on the Sportino.pt website are:
- Visa or MasterCard:
The customer settles the order online via the sportino.pt website using Visa or MasterCard. Once the transaction has been validated, the products will be dispatched.
- Paypal:
The customer settles the order through the Paypal platform, within this platform you have several payment methods, Example: Bank cards or even through a paypal account.
- Multibanco:
The customer settles the order through any Multibanco system, by doing so the company is notified and we can process the order immediately.
- Mbway:
The customer places the telephone contact associated with MBWAY and receives a request to pay for it.Warranties and after-sales service
All products sold benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to applicable legal guarantees. Shipping charges for the product(s) are borne by the customer. To return the order, the customer must contact our customer service department.
Sportino.pt undertakes to make any repairs with the suppliers. Whatever the problem with your product, you must send a copy of the invoice or the guarantee certificate (watches, glasses) with the goods.
Please note that the guarantee does not apply (or only partially applies) to the repair of problems resulting from misuse or non-use in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications.
Sportino.co.uk cannot be held liable if the manufacturer refuses to apply the guarantee.Disputes and responsibilities
For the resolution of any and all disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the District Court of Leiria shall have jurisdiction.
Sportino.pt shall not be held liable for delays or breach of contract for reasons of force majeure: disruption, total or partial strike, postal services and means of transport or communication, flood, fire, pandemic or war.
Sportino.pt is not liable for any indirect damage: loss of exploitation, loss of benefit, loss of opportunity, damage or fees that may arise from the purchase of any product presented on the site.
Although our products have performances compatible with professional use, Sportino.pt is not aimed at a professional audience. Sportino.pt cannot therefore be held liable for any damage resulting from a professional activity.Content information
