1. Description
The "SPORTINO X ADIDAS Christmas 2025" contest will run from 12:00 PM on December 19, 2025 until 11:59 PM on December 22, 2025 on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/sportino.pt/) and is open to any active Instagram user. By participating, the user accepts the terms and conditions of the contest rules.
2. Mechanics
2.1. The contest will be launched through the Sportino brand's Instagram profile (Sportino.pt), where content will be published outlining the action participants must complete to participate.
2.2 Each participant will have the opportunity to win 1 pair of adidas sneakers. In total, 3 (three) prizes will be awarded to 3 (three) winners.
2.3. How to participate?
Each participant must:
1. Follow @sportino.pt and @adidasoriginals;
2. Like the post related to the contest;
3. Identify 2 different friends in the comments;
4. Share the giveaway post in your Instagram story.
3. Winner/Prize
3.1. One pair of adidas sneakers will be awarded to 3 (three) winners, each winner chooses the sneakers they want, provided there is stock available.
3.2. The winners will be selected by random draw, and they must comply with the participation rules indicated in section 2.3 of these regulations.
3.3. The winners will be announced visibly and clearly on Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/sportino.pt/), through the publication of a Story mentioning each winner.
4. Conditions for Awarding the Prize
4.1. The winner will be contacted through Sportino's Instagram profile, which will inform them that they are one of the winners, also requesting the necessary data for awarding the prize. If Sportino cannot verify that the user shared the post in their story, Sportino may request a screenshot as proof that the post was shared in the user's story during the dates the giveaway took place.
4.2. It is the winner's responsibility to provide, in addition to the screenshot if requested, the following information: name, mobile phone number, and Citizen Card number to collect the prize. This information must be sent via private message, after contact from Sportino, by 5:00 PM on December 23, 2025. If the brand does not receive the aforementioned information, the winner will be disqualified from the contest and the prize will not be awarded.
4.3. The organizer of the contest is not responsible for any information or data provided incorrectly or falsely.
4.4. If the winner responds by renouncing the prize, they will lose their status as a winner and, consequently, the right to the Prize, even if they have been identified as one of the winners.
4.5. There is no possibility for the winner to receive a monetary prize as an alternative.
4.6. Once you have chosen your pair of adidas shoes, they cannot be exchanged or returned.
5. Data Protection
5.1. All personal data (Instagram profile name, name, mobile phone number and Citizen Card number) will be collected in order to validate that the conditions defined in these Regulations for participation are met and to contact the winners of the contest.
5.2. Personal data (name, mobile phone number and Citizen Card number) will always be requested via private message on Sportino's Instagram and never publicly in the contest's comment section or on each winner's Instagram account.
5.3. All the data we request is essential to manage the contest, validate entries, and deliver the prize to the winner.
5.4. Thus, by providing their data, the winning participant authorizes the processing of their personal data for the purposes described in the preceding paragraphs, which are limited to the management and validation of their participation and subsequent delivery of prizes, as well as the public announcement of the winner.
5.5. The winning participant may, at any time, withdraw their consent for the processing of their data. However, if they do so, it will be impossible to manage and validate their participation, and consequently, it will not be considered valid.
5.6. The collected data may be communicated to the entity responsible for managing the contest, but will at no time be sold or transmitted to third parties for purposes other than those described above. These entities are obliged, under the terms of the contracts entered into, to maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of the data to which they have access for this purpose, and must not use this data for any other purposes, nor link it to other data they possess.
5.7. All employees with access to the data provided by the winning participant are contractually bound by professional confidentiality.
5.8. The data provided will be stored on servers with controlled access limited by passwords and deleted 30 days after the prizes have been delivered to the winners.
5.9. The Participant may request, in writing, access to data that directly concerns them, as well as request its correction, deletion, or the limitation of its processing. They may also object to the processing of data based on our legitimate interests. To do so, they can contact Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. - Nacional 360 nº 24-A, 2500-098 Caldas da Rainha or contact our Data Protection Officer by email at geral@sportino.pt.
5.10. If you have any questions or require clarification regarding the processing of personal data or wish to file a complaint about how we use your information, please contact our Data Protection Officer at geral@sportino.pt.
5.11. The winning participant will always have the right to complain to the National Data Protection Commission if they believe that their personal data has been processed unlawfully.
5.12. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. - Nacional 360 nº 24-A, 2500-098 Caldas da Rainha is the entity responsible for data processing.
6. Others
6.1. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. also reserves the right to not consider valid any entries with indications of fraud.
6.2. Participation in the contest for purposes contrary to the Law, which may cause harm to third parties, or in any way damage their honor, dignity, image, privacy, religious beliefs, ideologies, or any other legally recognized right, is prohibited.
6.3. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. is not responsible for any technical problems with the website or the Instagram application.
6.4. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. will not be responsible for the identifications made by participants in the comments section of the post.
6.4. Any questions regarding the interpretation of these Regulations and other matters relating to the contest should be addressed to Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. for analysis and decision, via marketing@sportino.pt
6.5. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. will not be liable for any damage, loss or harm suffered by any Contest Participant.
6.6. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. will not be responsible for any fraud originating from accounts created impersonating Sportino, with only the official Sportino account (sportino.pt) being considered.
6.7. Sportino, Unipessoal, Lda. reserves the right to amend these Regulations at any time, with the respective update being published at https://www.instagram.com/sportino.pt/
6.8. This regulation is governed by Portuguese law.
